Pesticides Safety Directorate (PSD)
The Pesticides Safety Directorate (PSD) is an Executive Agency of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra). PSD carries out regulatory work based on scientific evidence to ensure that controls on the sale, supply and use of pesticides are effective.
The European Chemical Bureau (ECB)
The ECB provides scientific and technical support for the conception, development, implementation and monitoring of EU policies related to dangerous chemicals. It co-ordinates the EU risk assessment programmes covering the risks posed by existing substances and new substances to workers, consumers and the environment, including the Biocidal Products Directive and REACH.
FOrum for Coordination of pesticide fate models and their USe (FOCUS)
From this site you can obtain the currently approved versions of FOCUS simulation models and FOCUS scenarios, that are used to calculate the concentrations of plant protection products in groundwater and surface water in the EU review process according to Council Directive 91/414/EEC. This site contains links to the reports of all FOCUS workgroups.

WEBFRAM

Modules include aquatic organisms, birds, mammals, soil organisms and above ground arthropods. CEA have delivered the exposure component of the above ground arthropod module
